Motivational Story: Story of the squids

A young man was walking along a beach at night when he saw millions of squids beaching themselves. On seeing those struggling sea creatures, he rushes forward and started to throw as many of them back into the water as he could.
A old fisherman walked by, saw what the young man was doing, said to him:” Young man, stop wasting your efforts. There are millions of them here, how many can you save?”
The young man replied:”What I am doing may not matter to those that I did not save. But it mattered to the ones I managed to save…”
